You will receive an email from the veterinarian with a notification of the change as soon as possible. This will give you the opportunity to accept or decline the new appointment. The platform is free to use. You only pay for the reserved appointment according to the professional's price list. If the free data storage space is not enough for your records, you can upgrade it for a fee.

Yes, registration on Happy Pet Net is mandatory. After registration, you will receive a verification email. You will then be able to create a profile for you and your pet. When you book a consultation, the veterinarian gets access to the pet's profile so that they know who to consult.
You choose your professional, choose a service and a pet. You pay the amount with a bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. After that, you will receive an SMS and an email about the reserved service. In the case of an immediate online consultation, after selecting video/voice/chat, we include you in the meeting. You will also receive an SMS with a link through which you can also enter the meeting.
