GENERAL RULES AND TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM GAME ORGANIZED BY HAPPY PET NET

PERIOD FOR CONDUCTING THE FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM “GIVEAWAY” GAME

1.1. INSTAGRAM The Happy Pet Net Game, referred to as the “Game” for short, starts on 10/22/2024 and continues until 11:59 a.m. on 10/28/2024.

1.2. The game is held under the terms of these General Rules and Conditions, which are mandatory for all participants.

GAME ORGANIZER

2.1. The game is organized by "EVERYTHING FOR HEALTH" Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

2.2. The official rules of the Game are publicly announced and will be available for the entire period of the Game on https://happypetnet.com/The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend or modify the Rules by announcing the amendments or modifications publicly on the official Happy Pet Net Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/) and the official Happy Pet Net Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom).

2.3. The game is organized as part of an "Educational Campaign on the Importance of Keeping Teeth Clean" for pets, by Happy Pet Net and participating veterinary clinics and veterinarians.

TERRITORIAL SCOPE

3.1. The game is held only and exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME

4.1. Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 at the time of the Game and resides on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria has the right to participate in this game.

4.2. Each person who has applied to participate in the Game is considered to be informed and familiar with its rules, and by participating in the Game declares their agreement with these General Rules and Conditions.

4.3. Participation in the Game is voluntary and is not tied in any way to the purchase of goods and/or services from Happy Pet Net.

GAME PARTICIPATION MECHANISM

5.1. During the period of the Game, mentioned in item 1.1., each person who meets the Rules of Participation and wishes to participate in the Game must:

5.1.1. Under the posts on Facebook and Instagram, write an answer to the question "In how many cities can you clean your pet's tartar?"

5.1.2. To follow the Happy Pet Net profile on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom) and/or on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/), depending on the platform in which he/she participates.

5.1.3. To register yourself and your pet on the website https://happypetnet.comOnly one registration per account is allowed, regardless of the number of pets.

5.2. The rules of the Game are mandatory and the same for all participants.

5.3. By participating in the Game, participants are included in a raffle drawing with prizes described in item 6.1 and item 6.2. of these Rules until 11:59 a.m. on 28.10.2024.

AWARD

6.1. Prizes, subject of this Game, are 6 sets of "Dental Gel" and "Dental Sticks" from the company "beaphar", provided by the company MiaZoo OOD.

The value of the prizes described in item 6.1 of this section does not exceed 100 BGN, therefore they fall under the exception of Art. 13, para. 1, item 21 and are not subject to taxation according to Art. 12, para. 1 of the Personal Income Tax Act (PITA).

6.2. The determination of the winning participants, who won the two Prizes under item 6.1, will take place on 28.10.2024. The winning participants in the Game will be determined by a raffle, randomly, using software. Only owners who have registered with at least 1 pet on happypetnet.com will participate in the draw.

6.3. The result of the Game will be announced by 23:59 on 28.10.2024 on the Facebook and Instagram profiles of Happy Pet Net (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom /
https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/). Оповестяването ще се извърши чрез посочване името на печелившите под публикацията, обявяваща Играта. Валидността на печалбата е 5 дни от обявяването и и в този срок печелившите трябва да заявят получаването на по реда на т.7.1. по-долу.

6.4. Participants in the Game are obliged to follow the Happy Pet Net profiles on Facebook and Instagram to be informed about the results of the draw. The Organizer is not responsible if the winning individuals have not received timely information that they have won a prize from the Game, or have not done the necessary things to receive their prize.

6.5. The winning participants will win 1 Prize for their participation in the Game.

6.6. The use of any methods that in one way or another add registrations “automatically” instead of participants and other similar abuses is not allowed. Any participant who attempts to violate or violates the rules of the activity will be automatically disqualified by the organizer. A violation explicitly includes actions for: a) using more than one profile of the same person to participate, including through different usernames and passwords; c) using techniques and/or technologies that change the element of personal and individual participation of the relevant individual in the activity; d) any other action, including collusion of two or more persons, that changes the mechanism for participation in the activity or increases the chances of winning of any participant outside the mechanism described in these rules. The platform has the right, in the manner and manner it deems appropriate, to conduct a check for abuse at any time, including after contacting the winners, as well as upon delivery. The decision to disqualify is entirely up to the Organizer, and the Organizer does not owe an explanation for the methods of determining an attempted violation or actual violation of the rules of the activity.

RECEIVING THE AWARD

7.1. The prizes from the Game will be awarded to the winning participants within 5 working days after confirmation of the contact details. The delivery costs are at the expense of "Everything for Health" Ltd.

7.2. It is not allowed to exchange a won Prize for its monetary equivalent or for another prize and/or service.

7.3. The award, transfer or sale of the Prize won to third parties is not permitted.

7.4. In the event that the winning participant refuses to provide the necessary data to receive a won Prize, the Organizer has the right to provide the respective Prize to another participant in the Game.

OTHERS

8.1. The Organizer is not obliged to correspond and discuss unprofitable claims.

8.2. All disputes that may arise between the Organizer and the participants in the Game shall be resolved by mutual agreement. In case no agreement is reached, the disputes shall be resolved through the competent state authorities and courts.

8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement and/or change the General Terms and Conditions, with the changes coming into effect immediately after their publication on the Happy Pet Net Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/), the Happy Pet Net Facebook profile (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom) and https://happypetnet.com/without any specific individual notification.

8.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the starting date (respectively the period) of the Game if, due to unforeseen circumstances, such a change becomes necessary.

8.5. This Game may be terminated before the end of the announced period in the event of an event constituting force majeure, according to the current legislation, or in another case of urgency due to technical reasons or a legal prescription of an administrative authority, as a result of which the Organizer cannot continue to conduct it. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Game at any time by announcing this on the Happy Pet Net Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/happypetnet/) and the Happy Pet Net Facebook profile (https://www.facebook.com/happypetnetcom).

8.6. This game is not administered, supported or sponsored by Instagram and Meta in any way.

8.8. The rules for the use of personal data are regulated according to the rules of Instagram/Meta and https://happypetnet.com/privacy-policy, whichever is applicable.
