GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE DIGITAL PLATFORM "HAPPY PET NET"

 1. WHO WE ARE

Happy Pet Net is a digital platform owned by "Everything for Health" Ltd., with UIC 206447992, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with headquarters in Sofia, Lozenets district and management address in Sofia 1421, 8 Chervena Stena Str., apt. 4, e-mail: contact@happypetnet.com"HAPPY PET NET" is also a registered trademark by the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria.

2. About HAPPY PET NET

HAPPY PET NET is a cloud platform that enables pet owners to have an online consultation with a veterinarian or to book an appointment for services with professionals offering pet care. Through the PLATFORM, you can also store data about your pets, as well as data about the services you use through the PLATFORM. All through your mobile phone. Our mission is to help you provide the care that our furry friends need at the right time and to improve their well-being.

3. DEFINITIONS

For the sake of clarity when using the functionalities of the PLATFORM, the following definitions apply:

"HAPPY PET NET DIGITAL PLATFORM" means the provision of intermediary services in an electronic environment between pet owners on the one hand and professionals offering pet care on the other.

"PET" means an animal (mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles, fish, molluscs, crustaceans, other vertebrates and invertebrates) kept by a human farmer for commercial or non-commercial purposes and for which he is responsible as the owner or keeper.

"VETERINARY DOCTOR" means a person who holds a diploma in veterinary medicine from a higher education institution in the Republic of Bulgaria or another Member State of the European Union, entered in the register of the relevant Bulgarian Regional Directorate for Food Safety and a member of the Bulgarian Veterinary Union.

"VETERINARY SERVICE" means on-site examination, prophylaxis, clinical diagnostics and treatment of animal diseases in a veterinary medical facility through personal actions of the relevant professional. The service does NOT include diagnostics with specialized equipment (scanners, ultrasound machines, etc.), medical materials and consumables, medicines and preparations, which will be calculated separately on site and paid for by you. It is possible that when visiting on site at a requested and prepaid time, the start of the examination may be delayed due to current emergencies.

"ONLINE CONSULTATION" means visual or audio contact, made through the functionalities of the PLATFORM, with a veterinarian for the purpose of discussing circumstances regarding the behavior and condition of a pet, without performing diagnosis, treatment or prevention of diseases.

"SAVE AN APPOINTMENT" means registration in the schedule of a Veterinarian/clinic announced on the PLATFORM for available appointments in order to receive veterinary services on site at a veterinary medical facility, and after a valid application and prepayment to the email specified by the applicant, a confirmation of a reserved appointment is received, which is non-transferable.

"ANIMAL CARE PROFESSIONALS" means persons who provide hotel animal care services; groomers (hairdressers); sitters, walkers, psychologists, trainers, shelters, etc., who do not provide veterinary services.

"CONSULTATION REPORT" means a form with information about the services provided through the PLATFORM by a professional, which is filled out by this professional after completion of a requested and prepaid service. This form may contain veterinary medical information, but it is NOT equivalent to an epicrisis, a prescription for treatment, etc. similar and should not be used for such a purpose by you. The purpose of the report is solely for control and statistical purposes of the PLATFORM.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions for Use of the PLATFORM constitute a legally binding agreement between you and “Everything for Health” Ltd. (together with its affiliates, “we”,
"our" or "us"), governing your use of our services offered through our website happypetnet.com and/or mobile applications (if applicable), hereinafter referred to as the "PLATFORM".
YOU REPRESENT AND AGREE THAT BY REQUESTING SERVICES THROUGH THE PLATFORM, YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE REGISTERED OR NOT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE, WE ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THE PLATFORM.

These Terms of Service are effective from the date you first access or use the functionalities of the PLATFORM, whichever occurs first. If you accept or agree to these (Terms of Service) on behalf of your employer or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that (i) you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms of Service; (ii) you have read and understand these Terms of Service; and (iii) you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of the party you represent. In such case, “You” and “Your” shall refer to and apply to your employer or such other legal entity. Any personal data you provide to us or that we collect about you is governed by our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which can be found at www.happypetnet.bg/privacy-policy/. You represent that by using the PLATFORM, you have read the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and together they form and are hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement.”

The services of professionals used through the PLATFORM are PREPAID. Some of them require registration, as indicated below. Any request for a service from a professional will be related to its payment through the payment module and will result in the LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL the service you requested from this professional or veterinary medical facility, except during the free cancellation period. In the event of a complete lack of a service requested and prepaid by you, when this is not due to your action or inaction, you are obliged to file a complaint in free text by e-mail contact@happypetnet.comWhen the lack of service is the fault of the chosen professional

The PLATFORM will refund the entire prepaid amount within 14 business days, without owing you any additional amounts or compensation. The amount is refunded to the bank card from which the payment was made. You are responsible for using other people's bank cards, regardless of whether they belong to members of your household or business cards. The PLATFORM is not responsible for the lack of access to your refunded amount in case of seizures or blocking of the card by third parties, including the card-issuing bank, regardless of the reasons for this.

The Confirmation you receive for an appointment booked through the platform is NON-TRANSFERABLE both in relation to the pet you specified in the request and in relation to another owner.

The service you requested is considered delivered and performed at the time of expiration of the reserved time, and for veterinary consultations, upon sending the Report from the consultation.

RESPONSIBILITY for the provision and quality of the services requested by you lies with the professional you have chosen. The PLATFORM only provides you with access to review and select professionals, and the selection is your personal choice, decision and responsibility. The selection of a professional and the prepayment of the service will automatically result in the conclusion of an additional contract with this professional for the specific service and price. The professionals available through the PLATFORM may be licensed, certified, educated, employed or have experience only in certain jurisdictions or specific areas. Information about their qualifications and professional experience and personal interests is indicated on their profile, which you should read carefully. The PLATFORM is not responsible for such information and in case you have any doubts, we do not advise you to request, prepay and use the services. In all cases, you should keep in mind that the provision of an online veterinary consultation is not considered an examination within the meaning of the law, and the assessment of the condition and the recommendations given are not considered veterinary diagnosis and treatment within the meaning of the Veterinary Activities Act.

Communication with any professional through the PLATFORM is confidential in the relationship between you and the relevant professional. Your right to evaluate the services provided by professionals with a PLATFORM profile will arise only and solely in relation to a specific service used by you with a specific professional engaged through the PLATFORM, which is concluded with a report from the professional. You undertake to refrain from comments based on racism, discrimination or hate speech, as well as from demanding, receiving or expecting payment or any benefit from any person to express positive or negative comments. The PLATFORM has concluded contracts with the registered professionals and with the payment service provider, as well as with external providers of cloud services, communication services, geolocation, marketing and IT services. The use of their services constitutes ADDITIONAL contracts and the General Terms and Conditions of these providers, if applicable, also apply to them.

5. OUR SERVICES

Some of our services do not require registration on the PLATFORM, while others do.

5.1. Without registering for an account, you can browse, search, and select your professional, as well as have access to the blog section and public pages, without the ability to comment and post.

5.2All other services offered by the PLATFORM require registration, specifically those for online consultation with the selected professional or booking an appointment.

6. COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. UPDATES

At any time, the PLATFORM may perform updates and upgrades of the functionalities, including the introduction of new functionalities, which may be associated with interruption, delay or difficulty in accessing the services. This may occur in the time between your request for a service and the time of its provision. By logging into the PLATFORM, you agree to the installations and all subsequent updates and upgrades, if applicable.

7. PREPAID SERVICES

7.1. Online consultation and appointment booking with veterinarians, veterinary practices and groomers are prepaid services that require registration of an account for you and your pet. When deciding to request a service from the selected professional and at the selected time, you will need to press a selection button that redirects to the payment module. After completing the payment and confirming that the same has been made. You may cancel a paid service during the cancellation period specified by the professional. If you do not wish to use the service, regardless of the reason, and do not declare this during the cancellation period, you will lose your right to cancel the requested service and the prepaid amount will be retained as compensation for an unfulfilled contract. In the event that due to the fault of the selected professional, you do not use the selected service, the amount will be refunded to you within 14 business days to the bank card with which the payment was made, and you will need to immediately notify the PLATFORM of the lack of service provided by e-mail contact@happypetnet.comIn case you request several services at the same time (e.g. online consultation and appointment booking), they are charged separately and your advance payment is a condition for receiving them.

7.2. To reserve a stay with a sitter or a walking service for your pet, an administrative fee is required on the platform for the appointment booking service, with the sitter/walker service itself being paid in cash to the sitter/walker directly or in another manner agreed upon between you.

7.2.1. The process of reserving a babysitter/walker service is as follows: When you first reserve with a selected professional, you should request an online consultation with him/her through the platform to specify details of the service, for which you pay the administrative fee. If in this conversation the professional confirms the commitment you requested, you should also pay an administrative fee on the platform to reserve an appointment, by which you notify the professional that you are reserving the service, as agreed between you. Within 24 hours, the professional will confirm or cancel the commitment. In case of cancellation, we will refund the administrative fee paid in the manner in which it was paid. The price of the service itself is paid in cash or in another manner agreed between you, to the professional.

7.3. It is possible that when you visit your chosen professional/veterinary facility, you may be asked to show the confirmation of an appointment or other document generated through the Platform.

7.4. Creating a profile and storing health data for your pet In order to enable professionals to prepare for the service you requested, you need to create a profile for your pet. In this profile, you can store photos and documents with health data about it with a volume of up to 50 megabytes for free. If you want to store data in a larger volume, then you can increase this limit by paying a subscription, according to the currently valid rates of the PLATFORM.

8. CREATING A PROFILE

To create a personal profile, you provide a name, email address, and enter a security password. You may also add other personal data as you wish. Please do not use nicknames, initials, or stage names. By using the PLATFORM, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information requested during the registration process. You are the sole authorized user of your Profile and are responsible for maintaining current and correct information in it. You are responsible for the security of storing your access data to the PLATFORM. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur after using your password or Profile, even if they are not authorized by you. If you suspect that an unauthorized person may be using your password or Profile or suspect any other breach of security, you agree to contact us immediately at contact@happypetnet.com.

In case a legal entity registers on the PLATFORM, the natural person who applied for the profile and filled in the data will be a co-contractor, and the “Profile Owner” for the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions will be the legal entity. The rights and obligations of the Profile Owner in this case will apply to the person who registers the profile. The Platform reserves the right to request from you an explicit power of attorney for this action of yours.

9. COMMUNICATION

Communication between you and the Professionals, as well as reminders, emails and other bulk communication between the PLATFORM and you, will be carried out through an external communication service provider. You may be required to register with this external system and agree to their Terms and Conditions. When choosing a chat channel for communication, you may need to download and install a dedicated application such as WhatsApp. By providing your mobile phone number and using the PLATFORM, you consent to the use of your mobile phone number for calls and text messages (including with an automatic dialer and/or pre-recorded voice message) in order to (i) use the PLATFORM services, (ii) integrate appointment calendars, (iii) provide you with information and reminders regarding your registration, requested services, changes and updates, suspensions or modifications to the PLATFORM. These calls and messages may also include pop-up notifications and other reminders provided through the PLATFORM. Happy Pet Net will not charge for these calls or texts, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging, data, or other charges may apply.

10. PAYMENTS

Payment for services through the PLATFORM is made through a third-party payment processing system (“PPS”). You may be required to register with the PPS, agree to the PPS Terms of Service, provide your payment details to the PPS, and undergo a verification process at the request of the PPS (“Payment Processing System Service Agreement”). The PLATFORM may replace the PPS provider or add a new one at any time.

11. SERVICE PRICES

All prices and fees listed on the PLATFORM are in Bulgarian leva or euro and are final, including applicable taxes and fees in effect at the time of the requested and paid service, respectively. subscription. If you have purchased a subscription for services, the term of your subscription is indicated in your profile. The subscription requires periodic payment of a subscription fee and will be automatically renewed unless we terminate it due to non-payment or other reason specified herein, or unless you notify us of your decision to terminate it personally on contact@happypetnet.comNo retroactive or partial refunds will be given, even if your notice of non-renewal is made shortly after the renewal period begins.

12. GEOLOCATION

The indication of professionals closest to you and the guidance on how to reach them is done through an External Third Party Geolocation System. You may be required to register, activate certain functionalities on your phone and/or agree to their Terms and Conditions in order to use this service.

13. USER CONTENT

“User Content” is defined as any content, information and materials, whether textual, audio or visual, that you provide, submit, upload, post or otherwise make available to the PLATFORM and other users. You are solely responsible for your User Content, and we act as a passive medium for the online publication and distribution of such content. By uploading such content, you represent and agree that your User Content (i) will not be false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading; (ii) will not infringe any third party copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights of publicity, personality or privacy; (iii) will not violate any law, regulation or rule (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising, anti-spam or privacy); (iv) will not be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing; (v) will not be obscene or contain pornography (including, but not limited to, child pornography) or be harmful to minors; (vi) will not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, bots, or other computer programs designed to damage, interfere with, secretly intercept, or seize control of any system, data, or personal information; (vii) will not represent you as employed or directly engaged by or associated with Happy Pet Net or claim to be acting as a representative or agent of Happy Pet Net; and (viii) will not give rise to liability for Happy Pet Net or cause Happy Pet Net to lose (in whole or in part) the PLATFORM through its Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or other providers.

By submitting User Content through the PLATFORM, you hereby grant HAPPY PET NET a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, use, access, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, transmit, perform, broadcast and otherwise exploit such User Content on, through or through the PLATFORM. We do not claim any ownership rights in any such User Content and nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit any rights you may have to use any such User Content.

14. CONSUMER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

14.1. Legitimacy

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are 18 years of age or older, or at least the legal age required by law in the jurisdiction in which you reside and are capable of forming binding contracts, and (ii) you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, and that you will comply with them.

14.2. Due care

You represent and warrant that (i) you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in order to access and use the PLATFORM, (ii) you will act professionally and responsibly in your interactions with other users, including our professionals, (iii) when using or accessing the PLATFORM, you will act in accordance with any applicable law and (iiii) when visiting your chosen professional or veterinary facility, you will be respectful of the relevant professional and refrain from actions that may constitute aggression or lead to damage to physical equipment.

14.3. Prohibited activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing or disclosing any part of the PLATFORM in any medium except as permitted by the PLATFORM and these Terms and Conditions; (ii) using any automated system (other than any of the PLATFORM’s functionalities), including but not limited to “robots”, “spiders”, “offline readers”, etc., to access the PLATFORM; (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited e-mail or attempting to phish, pharm, pretext, scrape, crawl, or extract data; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the integrity or security of the system or decode any transmissions to or from the servers on which the PLATFORM is hosted; (v) violation of any local or international rules, laws; (vi) pursuit of any illegal purpose or persuasion of other persons to perform or participate in any illegal acts; (vii) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms or other software agents through the PLATFORM; (viii) infringing or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity by defrauding, concealing or attempting to conceal your identity; (x) harass, insult, cause harm, abuse, defame, abuse, annoy, stalk, threaten, intimidate or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as those of privacy and publicity) of any other users or visitors to the PLATFORM or members of the staff of HAPPY PET NET; (xi) interfere with any activity that threatens the performance, security or proper functioning of the PLATFORM; (xii) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (xiii) attempt to decode, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the software or algorithms used to provide the PLATFORM; (xiv) circumvent any security features or measures that we may employ to prevent or restrict access to the PLATFORM, including, but not limited to, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or the application of restrictions on the use of the PLATFORM or the content therein; (xv) attempt to access unauthorized Accounts or to collect or track personal information of others; (xvi) use the PLATFORM for any purpose or in any manner that infringes the rights of any third party; or (xvii) encourage or enable any person to do any of the foregoing.

You hereby warrant and represent that you have no motivation, status or interest that Happy Pet Net may reasonably wish to know in connection with the PLATFORM, including, but not limited to, whether you are using or will or intend to use the PLATFORM for any journalistic, investigative or unlawful purpose. You hereby warrant and represent that you will promptly disclose to Happy Pet Net in writing any such motivation, status or interest, whether existing prior to registration or arising during your use of the PLATFORM.

15. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION.

15.1. Termination by users

Either party may terminate these Terms of Service at any time, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may terminate and delete your Account at any time, either by using the functionalities of the PLATFORM (if applicable) or by written notice to contact@happypetnet.comUpon termination, you will no longer have access to your Account and the information contained therein, including your pet's details.

15.2. Termination from the PLATFORM

HAPPY PET NET may terminate or restrict your right to use the PLATFORM in the event that you violate these General Terms and Conditions, as well as in cases of a signal that requires an investigation into your actions on the PLATFORM due to a violation of the terms of use or in case of a violation of the law, and in all cases we will also notify you in writing by e-mail that you have specified. This termination or restriction will take effect immediately after sending the said notification to the e-mail address you have specified. It is your responsibility to check your e-mail regularly, including for spam messages. If HAPPY PET NET terminates or restricts your right to use the PLATFORM in accordance with this provision, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new Account in your name, a false or borrowed name, or in the name of any third party, even if you are acting on behalf of the third party.

Even after your right to use the PLATFORM is terminated or restricted, this Agreement will remain applicable to you. Happy Pet Net reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to filing a lawsuit or arbitration case in accordance with these Terms of Service and the law.

15.3. Suspension of registration

Registration is suspended in the event that you fail to perform any action of any kind due to you within the deadline, and the suspension is in effect until the action expected by you is performed, but no more than 1 (one) month from the effective suspension of your account, after which your account is deleted.

16. NON-RECOVERY OF PROFILE.

Upon termination under the transitional section, whether at your request or at the initiative of the PLATFORM, we will delete all of your data, including your User Content, in the normal course of business. Your data cannot be restored after your Account is terminated or cancelled.

17. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

The PLATFORM may contain links (such as hyperlinks) to third-party websites. These links may not be endorsed by Happy Pet Net, nor may they be associated with such websites, their content, or their operators. These links (including, but not limited to, external websites, and any advertisements displayed in connection with them) are provided as an information service, for your reference and convenience only. Happy Pet Net does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their (i) availability or accuracy, or (ii) content, advertising, products, or services. It is your responsibility to evaluate the content and usefulness of information obtained from other websites. You acknowledge and agree that Happy Pet Net is not involved in the creation or development of third-party websites and disclaims any responsibility for third-party websites and cannot be held liable for claims arising from or related to third-party websites. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that Happy Pet Net has no obligation to monitor, review or remove links to third-party websites, but reserves the right to limit or remove links to third-party websites on the PLATFORM in its sole discretion.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

18.1. General provisions

All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, charts, designs, HTML, appearance, photos, music, sounds, images, software, video clips, designs, trademarks, logos, fonts and other content (collectively, the “Service Material”) that users see or read through the PLATFORM is the property of Happy Pet Net, with the exception of User Content. Service Material is protected in all forms, media and technologies now known or later developed. You may not copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure or retransmit anything from the PLATFORM without the express prior written consent of Happy Pet Net and, if applicable, the owner of the rights to the User Content.

The Happy Pet Net service marks and trademarks, including, but not limited to, the Happy Pet Net logos, are service marks owned by “Everything for Health” Ltd. All other trademarks, service marks, logos and/or trade names that appear through the PLATFORM are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or use any of these marks, logos or trade names without the express prior written consent of the owner.

In addition, you may choose or we may invite you to submit comments, ideas or feedback regarding the operation of the PLATFORM and the quality of the services provided by the professionals, including, but not limited to, how to improve our services or our products (“Feedback”). By providing any Feedback, you agree that what you share is free, unsolicited and without restriction and will not impose any fiduciary or other obligation on Happy Pet Net and that we are free to use the Feedback without additional compensation to you and/or to disclose the Feedback in a non-confidential manner or otherwise to any person. You further represent that, by accepting the information you submit, Happy Pet Net does not waive the right to use such Feedback that was previously known to Happy Pet Net, developed by its employees or obtained from sources other than you. You agree that all email and other correspondence you submit to us becomes our sole and exclusive property.

In the event of termination of your participation in the PLATFORM, all materials and content of your account, including, but not limited to, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, reports generated through the PLATFORM, and copyrights (“Happy Pet Net Content”), and all Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) in connection therewith, are the exclusive property of Happy Pet Net and “Vsichko za zdravot” EOOD or, as the case may be, its licensors. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Intellectual Property Rights” means all patent rights, copyrights, integrated circuit layout rights, moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark, design and service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights that may now exist or arise in the future, and all applications therefor and registrations, renewals and extensions thereof, under the laws of any country, province, territory or other jurisdiction.

18.2. Copyright Complaints and Copyright Contact Person

Happy Pet Net respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same from its users. If you believe in good faith that materials provided on or in connection with the PLATFORM infringe your copyright or other intellectual property right, please send the following information to Happy Pet Net's copyright attorney by email: dimitrov@legapractica.com, including data on:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (internet address) or other specific location on the PLATFORM where the material that you claim is infringing is located. Include information sufficient to permit Happy Pet Net to locate the material, and explain why you believe infringement has occurred;
  • A description of where the original or authorized copy of the copyrighted work exists – for example, the URL (web address) where it is published, or the name of the book in which it is published;
  • Your address, telephone number and email address;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf;
  • An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

19. WHAT THE PLATFORM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR.

HAPPY PET NET makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy and completeness of User Content provided by it to the PLATFORM or the content of sites not affiliated with the PLATFORM; assumes no liability, under contract, under warranties or on a tort basis, for any (i) errors or inaccuracies in the content, including your requests and entered information, your failure to appear at the requested time, unauthorized damages of any nature caused to/by you, your pet or a professional of your choice (ii) bodily injury, property and/or non-property damages of any nature arising from your access to and use of the platform, (iii) any access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored there; and (iv) events beyond our reasonable control.

HAPPY PET NET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LEGALITY AND QUALITY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY PET CARE PROFESSIONALS, AS WELL AS FOR THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS BY PROVIDERS OF PAYMENT, CLOUD, MARKETING, ETC. SIMILAR

20. NOTICES AND CONSENT TO RECEIVE NOTICES ELECTRONICALLY

You agree to receive any agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications (collectively, "Notices") regarding the operation of the PLATFORM to which this Agreement refers, electronically, including, but not limited to, by email or by posting Notices on this Site.

21. COMPLAINT. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This section establishes the rules for handling your complaint regarding services used through the PLATFORM.

For any matter that you believe constitutes a failure to perform a service you requested and paid for, regardless of who provided it, you can submit a complaint in free text with a description of the case by e-mail. contact@happypetnet.com.

Your complaint will be forwarded to the person who provided the service, who will have up to 7 working days to express an opinion on it.

After the expiry of the period under the previous point and in the event that, in your opinion, there is no solution to the issue raised, you, the PLATFORM or any of the service providers on the PLATFORM may initiate mediation proceedings within the meaning of the Bulgarian Mediation Act. The initiation of mediation proceedings is carried out by means of a completed application for mediation in written or electronic format to https://legamediation.bg/application/. Then follow the instructions on the page of "Lega Mediation" DZZD. You are free to choose and indicate in the mediation form a mediator from among the persons entered in the Public Register of Mediators at the Ministry of Justice - https://mediation.mjs.bg/Register/Mediators In the event that a written agreement to settle the dispute is not reached and signed within the period agreed between you and the other party (no more than 6 months), you may file your claim with the Consumer Protection Commission - https://kzp.bg/elektronna-forma-za-podavane-na-zhalba-signal/ – by following the instructions for submitting and administering the complaint.
