When your pet's condition requires a quick response, but you don't know what to do, there is no working veterinary practice and you are unable to go right now. Examples of situations - vomiting, diarrhea, a depressed and sad pet, insect or other animal bites, and many others

When you need a specific specialist
If you already have a diagnosis and accompanying documents, you can upload them to your pet's profile and seek a second opinion from a specialist.
See which doctor offers a Scheduled Online Consultation service in their price list, and has an open schedule at the moment. You can book an appointment with them in the first available slot.
Scheduled online consultations allow the doctor to prepare for them and make the meeting more efficient in terms of duration.

During the call/chat, you can ask questions of any nature, show on camera what is bothering you, or what you want to share. The most important thing is that you are getting information from a qualified doctor, because no two conditions are the same.
Based on the information you have received, the doctor can advise you on what you can do with the available resources, if possible. He may recommend a visit to a veterinary office for an on-site examination and/or additional tests. This is also considered an online consultation.
After the meeting, you will receive a report from the consultation by email and directly in your pet's file with recommendations on what to do next. The doctor can also send you an attached photo of a prescription if you need to purchase special medications from a veterinary pharmacy.
