An ID cardto confirm that each applicant is a real person with a valid identity.
Criminal record certificateto make sure that our caregivers have a clean criminal record. If you don't have one, you can get one electronic criminal record certificate, via electronic signature for only 3 BGN. You can also issue a free electronic criminal record certificate, through Evrotrust.

Our platform is based on the Amazon cloud (AWS), precisely in order to ensure the highest level of data protection for all registered users and professionals. If you have concerns about uploading your data to our system, you can send it to us at a secure E-Mail address or by courier delivery of documents.
Authorized team members only have access to them – solely for verification purposes.
